Repair or buy a new appliance: does a repair makes sense?

For repairs which requires an engineer's visit if a repair isn’t possible or not recommended in out-of-warranty cases, you will get a cashback of the call-out charge when buying a new Bosch Home appliance. Within the warranty, there will be solution, such as the exchange of your appliance.
Which parts are used to repair?
Our Bosch customer service only uses only original replacement spare parts – not copies or second-hand parts. To prepare in the best way, all issues are analysed in advance by a technical team to ensure the engineer is equipped with the replacement spare parts likely to be needed to complete the repair.
