For booking of a repair the Service experts will ask for some appliance data and a description of the problem. Please provide the model number (E-Nr) of your appliance. The E-Nr. is shown on the type plate of your appliance. It consists of three letters at the beginning followed by a mix of numbers and letters. Bosch model numbers will always start with three letters and will always end by a “/” and two numbers as the last two signs.
