SingleKey ID is a single sign on identity platform that allows you to conveniently access certain applications and websites from different brands with a single user name and password. SingleKey ID cannot access any personal information saved in your partner-specific accounts.
Having a SingleKey ID lets you log in to certain applications and websites from Bosch and its partner brands with one single user name and password. This gives you seamless access to a variety of tools such as online services, apps, devices, and product information and warranties.
If you already have an account with MyBosch or another partner brand that uses SingleKey ID, be sure to use the same email address when creating your SingleKey ID.
You can use your SingleKey ID to log in to MyBosch, as well as websites and apps of partner brands. Your account with each partner is only activated after you log in for the first time to their website or app with your SingleKey ID. You don't have to create a separate account with each partner. However, you might need to provide additional information in your profile with some partners to use certain services or apps.
After creating a SingleKey ID, you’ll be asked if you already have an account with Bosch or a partner brand. Reply "Yes", and when prompted, enter the email address associated with your old account. You will then receive an email with a confirmation link. Click this link to merge your old Bosch or partner account with your SingleKey ID account.
No, an internet connection is required to log in with your SingleKey ID.

SingleKey ID is exclusively an identity platform that allows you to log in to websites and applications of many different brands, with one set of login credentials. All other features, content, services, etc. is provided by the participating brands and might differ based on availability and location.

Yes, your SingleKey ID can be used to log in to the Home Connect app. To use certain Home Connect app functions, you first need to pair your compatible smart products with the app.
Not necessarily. Certain partner websites, apps, online shops, and services might not use or not yet use SingleKey ID.
Accounts and settings
1. Create an account by clicking here.
2. Enter your email address and set a password. Then you'll get an email with an activation code.
3. Copy the activation code from your received email. Paste it back to the verification screen in order to activate your SingleKey ID. This code expires after 30 minutes, but you may request a new one.
4. You will get redirected back to this website automatically.
You can delete your SingleKey ID here. By deleting your SingleKey ID, a request to delete your account is sent to Bosch and any partner brands you've accessed with your SingleKey ID. This might cause the data in all your connected accounts to be lost. Depending on the app or website, this could include documents like warranty certificates and invoices, as well as smart home routines or smart device history data.
Before deleting your SingleKey ID, please backup or download all information you want to keep.

Before SingleKey ID launched, you received an email from MyBosch or a partner brand announcing the change. The email address to which this email was sent corresponds to your partner account. To ensure you can access your information in your partner account/s in the future, please use the very same email address to create your SingleKey ID. If you did not receive an email announcing the change or have deleted it, please contact the customer service team of Bosch or the corresponding partner brand.
Legal and privacy
Your SingleKey ID personal information is stored on secured servers in Europe. SingleKey ID does not store personal information collected and used by partner websites, apps, products, and services. Should you have questions about this data's storage and security, please contact the corresponding partner.
Your data is stored secured according to high regulative standards. SingleKey ID is fully compliant with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, see our privacy policy.

However, SingleKey ID primarily hosts data related to your digital identity. To access and manage the data stored by partners that use SingleKey ID, visit the respective partner website or contact the partner's support channel.
Personal information in your partner accounts will not be transferred or shared among SingleKey ID partners. SingleKey ID exclusively provides users access to Bosch and partner brands' websites, apps, and services. SingleKey ID only shares your personal information with a partner after you sign in with that partner for the first time.
No, information stored in your partner accounts (including business data) will not be transferred to SingleKey ID. SingleKey ID allows you to log in and get access to your account with Bosch and partner brands. It does not store any information in your respective accounts, including business data collected by the partner. In order to access your business data, log in to the corresponding accounts of the partner using SingleKey ID.
