By adding the right amount of steam to the bread, the baking result gets even better. Steam prevents drying out of the food, provides a deliciously crispy crust and keeps the bread fluffy from the inside. Also other dishes, prepared by roasting, re-heating or re-generating turn out more tastefull. Simply fill the water required for the recipe into the tank, which is integrated in the control panel of the Serie 6 ovens. Depending on the type of control panel, the added steam function is automatically or manually controlled. *Products with added steam function available by autumn. |

| If you are not sure which oven settings will be the best, use AutoPilot. Depending on the oven model, there are up to 40 recipes to choose from. Just set the oven in the display, put in the additional weight of the dish and press start. AutoPilot then takes over and determines the heating mode, temperature and cooking duration. | Thanks to the assist function for automatic oven settings, you don’t have to worry about the right temperature or heating mode anymore: simply select the dish you want to prepare in the TFT-touchdisplay and your oven automatically sets the ideal heating mode, temperature and length of time. Thanks to the two divisions of the tray there won’t be any tastes and liquids transferred. This not only saves you time but makes your cooking more easier. | Thanks to 4D hotair, you can place your food on any shelf level from one to four and the results will be consistently perfect. The fan wheel in Serie 8 oven makes it possible: it changes the direction of rotation during operation to distribute heat evenly on every level. | Cooking at up to three levels at the same time is possible – with Bosch 3D hotair. As the heat is quickly and evenly distributed throughout the oven, sweet and savoury items can be cooked at the same time, without transfering the taste. | If you prepare specific dishes as quiche, cakes, cookies etc. you’ll never have to set the heating mode, temperature or length of time ever again – the PerfectBake sensor has it all under control. Simply select the type of dish, such as “Cake”, and press “Start”. You can either manually enter the desired number of watts and the time or rely on the AutoPilot programs.
