Another option is to call customer service. Provide them with the appropriate model number, and they can determine if Remote Diagnostics is available for your home appliance.
In the rare event that you encounter a problem with your Bosch appliance simply call the Customer Service Hotline shown in the app, and make an appointment for Remote Diagnostics of your connected appliance. With your permission, Bosch Customer Service will remotely screen your appliance, locate the problem and give you clear advice. In the event the problem cannot be resolved this way, a Bosch Service Technician will be tasked, come to your home equipped with the necessary parts and take care of the issue.
