We need the model number (E-Nr) . The E-Nr is needed to ensure that the spare parts will fit to your appliance.
How can I identify the model number (E-Nr) of my Bosch washing machine?
The E-Nr is shown on the type plate of your washing machine. It consists of three letters at the beginning followed by a mix of numbers and letters. Bosch model numbers will always start with three letters and will always end by a “/” and two numbers as the last two signs.
In most of the cases there is a sticker located on the inner side of your washing machine door.
