
Ingredients (8 pancakes):
1 ripe banana
ยฝ cup plant-based milk
ยพ cup spelt or wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 pinch of salt
1 pinch of cinnamon
oil for frying
maple syrup and berries to serve (optional)
Steps
1. Mash banana & mix with plant-based milk.
2. Add flour, baking powder, salt & cinnamon. Mix to a dough.
3. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
4. Fry pancakes in hot oil.
5. Serve with maple syrup if desired & garnish with berries.
