Give your dirty pots and pans a makeover with a self-made scouring cleanser. Grandma knows that baking soda can be used not only for baking cakes and cookies, but also as a natural scouring powder.

So do it like Grandma and make your own scouring cleanser with only 3 ingredients:
Mix 1/4 cup of baking soda with 1 tbsp of dish soap.
Then add white vinegar and stir until the mix is thick and creamy.

Now spread the mixture on the bottom of your dirty pots and pans and let it sit.

After a few hours, wash it off with a sponge.

And voilà: clean and shiny cookware - almost like new.
