If your appliance is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, you may continue to use this tool.
If your appliance is no longer under the manufacturer’s warranty and you purchased a service plan, please contact your service plan company. Do NOT proceed with this Servicer Finder tool since your service plan may not cover the repair and you could be financially responsible for the repair. They will help you find an authorized servicer.

Cost for service visits booked with Bosch Factory Service: If your appliance meets the requirements as outlined in the manufacturer’s warranty (found in your owner manual), your repair will be covered.
If those requirements are not met, you’ll be charged the following:
To receive an estimate:
- $179 Call-Out Fee – this is a one-time fee charged for the technician to visit the home.
- Diagnosis Charge – this is time spent diagnosing the issue. This fee is charged at $20 for every 6 minutes.
- The fees mentioned above must be paid even if you decide to not proceed with a repair.
- Please note: Payment is expected on the day of the service visit via credit card or check. The tech must have an actual, physical credit card or check to process the payment on the day of the visit.
If you decide to proceed with the repair:
- Parts Charge – this is for any parts used in the repair.
- Labor Charge – this is time spent repairing the appliance. This fee is charged at $20 for every 6 minutes.
- Any applicable taxes
- Please note: Payment is expected on the day of the service visit via credit card or check. The tech must have an actual, physical credit card or check to process the payment on the day of the visit.

After you book a service visit online, you will receive a confirmation email. Bosch’s technical department will review the information you provided and prepare for your service visit. The technician will call you the night before or the morning of the appointment to discuss a more specific arrival time.
During the day of the appointment, please be ready to show your appliance’s Proof of Purchase. The technician will need this to determine warranty coverage.

You can reschedule and cancel your appointment with the "Reschedule" and "Cancel" links found on the service visit confirmation email.

1. The technician will arrive at your home and confirm the appliance that needs to be repaired. They will also confirm warranty status, any service plans (if applicable), and payment responsibility.
2. They will then diagnose possible causes of the issue using diagnostic equipment such as their laptop, phone, or tablet.
3. After the diagnosis, the technician will provide an initial estimate for the repair. It will include the Call-Out Fee, any parts used in the repair, diagnosis charges, and labor charges. You should review this and approve it with your technician if you want the repair to begin. They may also inform you of any issues that might prevent the completion of the repair and may ask you to sign a waiver.
4. The technician will repair your appliance after you approve the estimate.
- Please note, an additional service visit may be needed if the technician needs to order a part or if a second technician is needed to assist with the repair. If this happens, the technician will schedule a follow-up service visit for you.
5. Payment will be collected as follows:
- First Service Visit: The $179 Call-Out Fee, diagnosis and labor charges ($20 for every 6 minutes), and part charges (if parts were used during the first visit) will be collected at the end of the first service visit. Payment can be made by credit card or check. The tech must have an actual, physical credit card or check to process the payment.
- Additional Service Visits: The labor charge ($20 for every 6 minutes) and part charges (if parts were used) will be collected after your appliance has been fully repaired. If it takes several visits to repair your appliance, this will be collected at the last service visit. Payment can be made by credit card or check. The tech must have an actual, physical credit card or check to process the payment.
- We accept credit cards and checks. The tech must have an actual, physical credit card or check to process the payment.
6. Before leaving, the technician will pack up his tools, pick up any trash or debris, and clean the workspace.
