Is Your Bosch Dryer Not Drying Clothes Completely?
Have you noticed that your dryer is taking longer to dry clothes and when the cycle finishes they’re not completely dry? Is your Bosch dryer not heating properly, or stopping before clothes are dry? If your dryer isn't fully drying your clothes, check the following:
1. Check the lint filter - make sure there's no fabric lint, dust, or hair. Read this guide to learn how to clean your Bosch dryer lint filter.
2. Ensure the program you selected is the proper one for your laundry. Some materials require more drying time. Review your owner's manual to learn more about which drying programs are best suited for different loads.
3. The moisture sensor might be covered with limescale or detergent residue. To clean it, simply wipe the sensor with a damp cloth and a little bit of white vinegar. It's located by the lint filter.
4. Check where the dryer vent exits the house - make sure there's nothing blocking the steady stream of warm air passing through the exit. The inner reaches of the vent might need to be cleaned.
If you have tried these troubleshooting steps, and your Bosch dryer is still not drying completely, you may need professional support.
