1) Disconnect the power source for the washing machine.
2) Open the service flap on the machine and let any water flow out of the tube. Be sure to place a towel under it to absorb any water that flows out.
3) Unscrew the pump cover and let any additional water flow out onto the towel.
4) Carefully check for foreign objects that might be inhibiting the pump.
5) If the impeller can’t turn freely, an object could have become jammed in the pump. Carefully try to remove it or contact the Bosch Support Team for troubleshooting assistance at 1-800-944-2904.
