What should I do if my freezer is having problems?

To help identifying the problem, we have listed the most common freezer problems:

• Freezer not running. Check that your freezer has not been unplugged from the electrical outlet. If it’s plugged in, check that the outlet still provides electricity.

• Frost inside the freezer. Some frost is normal, but too much frost indicates a problem. First, check that the door is closing properly. If there are no issues with the door seal, professional help is needed to identify the problem.

• Freezer is too warm. Check your thermostat to make sure it was not adjusted accidently. If the temperature is warmer than what it should be based on the thermostat’s setting, please call Bosch Customer Support at 1-800-944-2904.
