As always, I appreciate your business and lasting interest in our products, which we believe are the finest on the market. Bosch’s appliances and innovations continue shaping the kitchen and changing the way we live, cook, and entertain, making me exceedingly proud to be the brand’s CEO. I, along with our whole Bosch team, greatly value your business and trust in our brand.

Not long ago I made it a point to personally step forward and discuss challenges our industry has been facing resulting from supply chain restraints and product availability, as well as Bosch’s ongoing commitment to you, our valued consumer. I personally arranged and conducted numerous media interviews along with other proactive measures such as writing website update letters to you, much like the one you’re reading right now. Not many were taking these communication measures. However, my goal has always been to be as transparent as possible. You deserve this.

So, while I do apologize for any product delays you may have experienced, I can tell you today that messages like those are no longer necessary. As far as Bosch is concerned, the supply chain inventory topic has been remedied: We have withstood the storm and are happy to report that Bosch products are ready and steadily rolling off our assembly lines and into homes and kitchens. Certainly, there can still be exceptions from time to time, so if you have concerns about an existing order, please consult your point of purchase.

It’s been a rough last couple of years for manufacturers across all industries, not just ours. If it wasn’t the pandemic, it was the supply chain, or shortages in materials. But the spirit of Bosch is that of resilience. Because of our brand’s level of personal commitment—from the factory floor all the way up to our corporate offices—these issues were met and conquered.

Of course, we also have you to thank—we appreciate your patience and trust in our brand!
