The Total Care ProtectPlus & Maintain service includes an extended warranty for X years, regular maintenance visits by a qualified Bosch technician to ensure the optimal performance of your appliance. And in the event of an irreparable damage, we offer you two options: either not to pay for the visit or to replace your appliance at that moment with a new Bosch appliance at a very advantageous price, exclusively for you.

Frequently Asked Questions.
Is there a minimum contract period?
The minimum duration of the Total Care by Bosch service is X years. However, once this time has expired, you can cancel it at any time.
Are there any appliances that are not included?
This service cannot be contracted for appliances that are more than X years old from the date of purchase. Likewise, domestic appliances purchased and installed outside X (example: Spain) will not eligible for this service.
What if my appliance cannot be repaired or has to be transported?
If your appliance cannot be repaired we will give you a new one 100 % free of charge within the first X years (after X years an additional exclusive discount will be offered).
In addition, if carrying out the repair at home is not possible, the technician will remove the appliance and arrange for it to be exchanged for a courtesy appliance, which you can use until the appliance is returned.
Will my appliance also be protected against accidents?
If the appliance is within the X-year warranty period after purchase, BSH Group undertakes to repair the following accidental damage to your appliances during this warranty period:
1. Breakdowns due to maintenance defects.
2. Damages to plastics, bellows and glass (up to a value of € XX + VAT).
3. Jams occurring in the appliance.
When I have contracted it, how can I request a service?
You can request a technician visit by calling the phone number XXX XXXXXX arranging the day and time for the visit and providing the technician with access to the appliance for inspection. You can also book a repair on our website.
If it is not possible to carry out the repair at home, the technician will be allowed to remove the appliance for repair and replace it with a courtesy one.
