What is a subscription?
Subscriptions are a convenient way to receive the items you want on a regular basis. Itโs a great timesaving option for items you use up and need to replenish, such as cleaners & filters. The subscription discount also saves you money over the long run.
Once you select the items you want to subscribe to and the delivery frequency, weโll send those items to you regularly based on your chosen frequency.
Itโs easy to subscribe โ simply find the item you want and select the subscription option.
Your subscription information will be stored in your MyBosch account โ thatโs where you can cancel if you ever need to. Youโll also find the other information there, such as the billing date and shipping address.
How does the subscription program work?
Our subscription program offers discounts and the convenience of having items delivered to you regularly. Hereโs the general process:
1. Find an item thatโs part of the subscription program. These are items youโd want to have delivered to you regularly (such as filters and cleaners).
2. Subscribe by selecting the quantity and frequency of delivery.
3. Go through the check-out process to pay for the item(s). If you donโt have a MyBosch account, youโll be prompted to create one. Thatโs where your subscriptions will be stored.
4. Youโll receive an order confirmation email.
5. Items will be shipped to you within a week or according to the shipping option you selected. After that, theyโll be shipped according to the frequency and quantity you chose.
Note:
- All notifications will be emailed to you.
o Youโll be notified ahead of time before an upcoming shipment.
o Youโll also be notified once the items ship. Your credit card will only be charged once the items are shipped. - You can always view your subscriptions in your MyBosch account. Thatโs also where you can make changes and cancel if you wish.
How do I find an item to subscribe to?
Simply browse and shop the store as you normally would. If an item is part of the subscription program, itโll show two different purchasing options:
- A one-time purchase
- Or a subscription offer
When will my credit card be charged?
It will be charged when the item ships from our warehouse. Youโll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
How do I change the quantity and frequency of a subscribed item?
Please go to the My Subscriptions section of your MyBosch account to cancel, then resubscribe with the new quantity or frequency.
Is it possible to pause or skip an upcoming shipment?
Yes, go to the My Subscriptions section of your MyBosch account and click on PAUSE to pause a subscription. Click on UNPAUSE to turn it back on.
Any deliveries scheduled during the pause period will be skipped. Once you unpause, the delivery cycle will continue as originally planned when you subscribed.
- Example: You sign up in January for a subscription to be delivered in March and June. You pause the subscription from February to May โ you wonโt receive the March shipment. You unpause the subscription in May โ youโll receive the June shipment.
How do I update or change my credit card?
To update an existing credit card, go to the My Subscriptions section of your MyBosch account. Find your subscription and update the credit card.
To add a new credit card, go to the My Account section of your MyBosch account.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Go to the My Subscriptions section of your MyBosch account and cancel the subscription there. Youโll receive a confirmation email afterwards.
Please cancel your subscription 7 days before the Billing Date to prevent the item from being shipped. The Billing Date can be found in your MyBosch account.
